Warren Sapp a former NFL star was arrested in Miami on charges of misdemeanor domestic battery TMZ is reporting. Warren played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Oakland Raiders during his 13 year professional career. Warren was on "Dancing With The Stars" season 7 where he places second. He is in Miami for the Super Bowl and serves as an analyst for the NFL Network and on Showtime’s "Inside the NFL."
This is not the first problem Warren has had because of his hard-hitting style of play and his occasional verbal outbursts, both on the field and off. Some of these resulted in NFL fines, and he was once ejected from a game for unsportsmanlike conduct.
The NFL Network released a statement saying they were aware of the incident and that Sapp will not appear on the NFL Network until they review the matter. Photo: Fame Pictures

OMG this man really has to go away now. He seems to be running in every direction he can to make some money from poor Michael’s death. Joe has officially filed legal documents over photos that were published of Michael dead. He claims that the photos were an invasion of privacy. Via TMZ Although the legal docs don’t state which photos he intends to sue over, "Entertainment Tonight" aired a photo of Jackson — whom paramedics believed was already dead — as he was taken into an ambulance from his home. Google is doing the great work of getting the English language literary canon as well as most other popular and well-regarded or important books on line. The US Justice Department is hassling them because Google requires that an author request not to be included rather than Google themselves getting each author’s permission. Since the authors will be paid for the access granted to their works and the internet is certainly moving to replace or least seriously diminish the importance of the paper publishing industry it only makes sense for Google to take on such a massive job. Of course there will be cranks and troglodytes who find absurd reasons to protest any progressive action but the US Justice Department should not be in that group. Leave it to lawyers, the scum of the professional world, to attempt to hamper an enterprise with so obvious a universal benefit.

How hypocritical can America be? You can buy enough alcohol to easily kill yourself for less than $50 at government approved and heavily taxed stores. You can smoke cigarettes until your lungs are a burned out cancerous wasteland and again the government takes a heavy tax. But if you prefer to use a little heroin or weed or cocaine then you are labelled a felon and thrown in jail. What nonsense. More than 1/2 of all motor vehicle deaths involve alcohol consumption and get this, so do more than 1/2 of America’s homicides! Obviously there are far more dangerous and harmful substances than illegal recreational drugs that are perfectly legal.
What about crime? Do you know that well over 1/2 of the approximately 2.5 million Americans in jail are there on drug related charges? A nd what about organized crime? What is their largest source of income? Right, you guessed it, importing, manufacturing, and selling illegal recreational drugs!
So let’s have a look at the facts: de-criminalizing and taxing drugs would have the following beneficial effects – 1) help put organized crime off the road; 2) provide a new and rich source of taxation revenue for government; 3) standardize drug’s quality making them safer; 4) help reduce the number of Americans living on the taxpayer’s expense in jail; 5) most importantly Americans would enjoy the right to party as they choose and not be dictated to by old-fashioned and ridiculously conservative ‘values.’
