Paris Hilton Goes on Trial

Finally back in the States following a lengthy stay in Dubai to work on her reality show, Paris Hilton was spotted
arriving at the courthouse in Miami, Florida on Thursday afternoon (July 9).

There to begin her trial, the hotel heiress was wearing a black and white dress as she readied to be defended against
accusations in a federal lawsuit claiming she didn’t do enough to promote her 2006 movie "Pledge This".

According to courtroom filings, the lawsuit seeks more than $8 million in damages from Hilton and her entertainment
firm - filed on behalf of some of the movie’s investors.

Meanwhile, Miss Hilton claims that she did everything required by the contract, and she’s expected to testify on Friday
to tell her side of the story.
