Murphy, 32, starred in “Clueless,” “8 Mile,”"Uptown Girls,” and “Don’t Say A Word.” Her mother found her unconcious in the shower at a home in Los Angeles belonging to Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, early this morning. A 911 call was made around 8:00 AM. Paramedics arrived and determined Murphy was in full cardiac arrest. They immediately administered CPR. They continued CPR until they reached Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; however, she was unresponsive. Murphy was considered dead on arrival. The LA County Coroner is picking up Murphy’s body today, and they will launch an investigation.
Unfortunately, I believe drugs had a big part to play in the death of Brittany Murphy. I cannot believe she is gone. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.  Â
Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil are back again after they had a divorce last September.The couple had first married in May 2007.The marriage ended merely after 28 months.They claim that they had divorced to make their respective families happy.Amy’s dad accuses Blake to be responsible for whatever Amy went through with respect to her career and life.
The couple is engaged and are planning to get married sometime soon.The only hindrance for them is Hitch-Amy’s dad who still controls Amy’s life to quite an extent.Blake’s mother, Georgette-Blake mum, said earlier this month: ‘He’ll be straight back with Amy in London. I know it won’t be long before I get a call from Blake saying, ‘"Mum, I’m at the airport and we’re flying off to get married."’

The Big Guns of Hollywood were seen together and joining hands for the Humanitarian Support. On December 10, the UNICEF Ball brought together Hollywood’s biggest stars for a fundraising gala to honor those individuals who have made key contributions to UNICEF’s mission to save and improve children’s lives worldwide.
The evening raised more money for the organization than any UNICEF Ball to date. Producer and long-time philanthropist Jerry Weintraub was honored as Man of the Year with UNICEF’s Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award. The special black-tie evening took place at the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, in Beverly Hills.
The Celebs who attended the UNICEF Ball were George Clooney, Matt Damon, Cindy Crawford, Selena Gomez, Bruce Willis, Mariah Carey and many others.

When the late-night comedian followed up to ask "how many kids?" Law replies "three," and fails to correct himself.
When Burke, a 24 year-old aspiring actress, announced her pregnancy in July, Law initially disputed the paternity claims. Jennifer Jones, the American actress who raised to fame in classic Hollywood fare such as The Song of Bernadette, Love is a Many-Splendored Thing and Portrait of Jennie, has died at the age of 90.
Jones died Thursday at her Malibu home, with her surviving son Robert Walker Jr. by her side, according to a spokeswoman.

Hollywood siren Jones who was nominated for Academy Awards five time, winning an Oscar at age 25 for her turn as the saintly nun Bernadette Soubirous, was one of the biggest stars of the 1940s and 1950s.
Jones, who in later years was a leader of the Norton Simon Museum, died at her home in Malibu of natural causes, museum spokeswoman Leslie Denk said.
Jones was the widow of the museum’s founder, wealthy industrialist Norton Simon, and served as chair of the museum’s board of directors after his death.
Her last major film appearance was a cameo in the cult 1974 disaster film The Towering Inferno.
Despite her heavily dramatic screen roles, Jones conveyed an aura of shyness, even aloofness offstage. She rarely gave interviews, explaining to a reporter in 1957: "Most interviewers probe and pry into your personal life, and I just don’t like it. I respect everyone’s right to privacy, and I feel mine should be respected, too."
Early in her career, Jones had become nearly as famous for her high-profile marriages as for her movie work. She met actor Robert Walker when both studied acting in New York, and they married and came to Hollywood, where her stardom ascended more rapidly than his.
Jones’ boss, David O Selznick, became obsessed with his star and spent much of his time promoting her career. They married four years after she divorced Walker in 1945.
Selznick died in 1965, and in 1973 Jones married Simon.
