Joe Jackson Plans To Sue Over Michael’s Death Photos

OMG this man really has to go away now. He seems to be running in every direction he can to make some money from poor Michael’s death. Joe has officially filed legal documents over photos that were published of Michael dead. He claims that the photos were an invasion of privacy. Via TMZ Although the legal docs don’t state which photos he intends to sue over, "Entertainment Tonight" aired a photo of Jackson — whom paramedics believed was already dead — as he was taken into an ambulance from his home. Joe’s lawyer Brian Oxman has asked the estate court judge for access to medical records in preparation for filing the lawsuit. Photo: Fame Pictures
