Though Singer Katy Perry Spiced up the 2009 MTV Music Awards, it was the POP diva Beyonce, who was the Queen of 2009 Awards which took place at the O2 World in Berlin, Germany. Amongst all winners, who won the most was Beyoncé with three wins. She had also put up a spectacular performance of her hit "Sweet Dreams", check out some the pics
