In a Tuesday radio interview with Sirius XM’s The Morning Mash Up!, Miley Cyrus shares her strong feelings about a fellow Disney star Zac Efron.
"I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world," she gushes. "I really, really like him."
The 17 year-old continues, "It’s weird because he’s my friend…I could call him and be like, whatever."
But the Hannah Montana star then clarifies that it’s 22 year-old Efron’s devotion to girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens that makes him so appealing. "Zac could get any girl…and do whatever, and he is so loyal and a really good friend…He’s just like super good looking."
Can Cyrus keep her composure around her crush? Sure, she says. "I’m pretty cool," she jokes. "I’m pretty much the coolest person ever."
She shuts her month if you ask about her immediate romantic prospects - like Liam Hemsworth, the costar with whom she locks lips in the 2010 film The Last Song.
During conversation, the singer-actress continues to slam the Twilight phenomenon, calling it a "cult."

Jenny McCarthy credits emu oil with giving her a wrinkle-free complexion.
The 36-year-old star is a huge fan of the unusual beauty product – which is made from the fat of the giant birds – and is convinced it helps her fight the ageing process.
A source told the National Enquirer magazine: “Jenny loves the oil because it sinks deeper into the skin than other oils – and it’s so incredibly potent at fighting off wrinkles, she applies it just once every two days.”
Emu oil has long been lauded for its anti-ageing properties, and is also said to help wounds and burns heal.
Jenny is not the only star said to be enamored with the moisturizer - Goldie Hawn and Demi Moore are also said to be fans.
‘High School Musical’ star Zac Efron also stocked up on jars of the cream after having his appendix removed last year.
A source said at the time: “Zac applies emu oil daily to a scar he got from his appendectomy earlier this year. He can’t handle having imperfect abs and the oil, which is made from the bird’s fat is said to fade scars. It is already working.”

After arriving at the Golden Globe Awards without fiancé Brian Austin Green, rising star Megan Fox shocked onlookers when she admitted, "He doesn't want to be here. He doesn't want to be my date. He's a man. He has an ego... I don't think he cares."
In the Feb. 2 issue of Star, on sale now, we report that Brian's loss was Zac Efron's gain that night as Megan turned her attention toward the High School Musical hunk — even with his HSM costar/girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens, by his side.
"The spark between Zac and Megan was obvious to anyone there," says the eyewitness, who watched the sparks fly between the sexy duo at a Globes afterparty at West Hollywood's Sunset Tower Hotel on Jan. 11. "There were times when they seemed lost in conversation together, while Vanessa stood by like a sulking little girl. MEGAN: Awesome! We're going to be BFFs forever!
