Heidi Montag of “The Hills” has been making a lot of changes lately! First, she drastically overhauled her appearance with 10 plastic surgeries—then she made a big switch in her career. Heidi has been managed by husband Spencer Pratt for five years, but now she has replaced him with Malibu psychic Aiden Chase.
She says. “After the incredible experiences I have had healing my life and truly connecting to my dreams with healer intuitive Aiden Chase, I have officially asked him to become my manager. Having an intuitive psychic leading my team gives me an edge no one else has.” Hope he brings her luck!

But come on guys, what did we really expect after we found out she was getting her boobs motorboat-worthy for Spencer? Nothing new here Heidi other than the supersizing—and that includes her lips, too. Actually, her face looks like shit now. What did she do there? Heidi Montag is coming out from under that plastic surgery rock, and she wants to be photographed!
Montag appeared on Good Morning America today and says she is NOT obsessed with plastic surgery. MMMK!
“I think I look like myself. I think I just look like a different, improved version of myself.”
“I’m in a different industry and I have to do things that are going to make me happy at the end of the day. I’m living in my skin, and I look in the mirror and it’s my career and my life, and you only have one. So, I want to take advantage of everything and be the best me, in and out, every way.”
First, I think 10 procedures is a bit much. The girl looked GREAT before. Second, I think she is gorgeous! These improvements do make her more appealing. Only problem…she can’t move her face! Ahhhh the small prices we pay to look good!
By the way, Heidi wanted to send out “a message” to other girls. What is that message?!? “That beauty is really within.” Message=FAIL! What she really meant to say was, “Beauty is really within…like the Silicone, Collagen, and Botox is within me!”

Heidi Montag is on the cover of People and confesses she had 10 surgical procedures in ONE day!
WTF?! I’m all for getting a procedure done if you need it or if it makes you feel better about yourself. For example, if having no boobs makes you miserable every single day and ruins your self esteem, I totally support you getting a boob job! HOWEVER, Heidi didn’t need to get anything done! She was beautiful!
Heidi says she got her breasts enlarged (I believe she is now a DD), chin reduced, and her nose redone. PLUS, she wants to get more surgery! Heidi, 23, admits to being “obsessed!”
They don’t mention it on the cover, but I believe she also got botox, eye lift, fat injected into her cheeks, and her lips done. Hell…she probably had liposuction too! I think she has body dysmorphic disorder. I think she needs to get help for that instead of continue with all of these surgeries.
I mean Heidi looks great now, but that won’t last forever.
I know someone’s ex-wife who has been getting her lips injected for a long time now, and they look awful!!! Her lower lip seriously HANGS! Once you start this stuff….it’s a constant upkeep! Icky-Icky!

The best way to express your feelings is to pen down and Heidi Montag does the same for her hubby Spencer Pratt, she writes a POEM. And she wants the whole world to read her expression of love.
"Here is a poem I wrote for my hubby Spencer Pratt," she posted on her Twitter page Thursday.
In the untitled poem, the Playboy model writes about their "flawless lives" and how, come January, she will have "no more anxiety or stressing" because "all that matters" is him.

The Hills is returning tonight! However, Lauren Conrad won’t be returning and in her place will be the infamous Kristin Cavallari! I think Kristin will actually make the show better. Lauren was boring. What is really sad about this scripted show is the income these actors get! I mean it is pathetic! Here we are in a depressing economy, people are getting laid-off left and right, and some MTV idiot decided to pay these kids a boat load to do some bad acting on a “reality” show! That is just SAD! Nobody should watch this … just on principle!
I mean … these kids didn’t even go to college, and they are making more than CEO’s right now! They don’t even have any skills!
Lauren Conrad - $125,000 per episode (her contract also stated that nobody on The Hills could make more than her)
Kristin Cavallari - $90,000 per episode
Heidi Montag - $100,000 per episode
Audrina Patridge - $100,000 per episode
Lo Bosworth - $100,000 per episode
Spencer Pratt - $65,000 per episode
Brody Jenner - $45,000 per episode
I mean are they seriously worth all of this?! I’m gonna say…NO! Just think…they do approximately 20 epidsodes per year. That’s gross! I think I could do some scripted work for half of what they pay those kids! Call me, MTV!
