Recently we heard that ‘It’s On with Alexa Chung’ was a big flop and MTV had called up the show due to low viewership but Alexa was able to win the hearts of the US style pundits by her quirky style.
And here some cheers for English television presenter Alexa Chung who has been crowned 2009’s queen of style by fashion barometer Vogue.com.
Though she fashionable, but it is difficult to ignore the fact that Alexa Chung is incredibly thin and she does tremendous care her twig limbs.
Audrey Tautou was in second place and Sex And The City’s hottie SJP was third.
X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue both made it into the Top 10, with Cheryl clinching fourth place and Dannii in fifth.
Harry Potter actress Emma Watson was sixth while stylish Sienna Miller was seventh.
Actresses Diane Kruger and Freida Pinto came eighth and ninth, ahead of supermodel and fashion icon Kate Moss who was in 10th place. Lady Gaga, known for her mind-boggling futuristic outfits, came out at No 11 in the list.
Other celebs who got a mention included Angelina Jolie, Anna Friel and Beth Ditto. And Posh doesn’t even get a look in.

Cheryl Cole appears on the pages of Q Magazine, Feb 2010 issue.
In an all-new exclusive shoot and interview, Q set to work on a dark Sin City-inspired creation, transforming the Geordie lass into a rock ‘n’ roll heroine, fit for the big screen.
The Girls Aloud singer has posed for a series of seductive photos to help promote her new single 3 Words, collaboration with Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am. During the interview Cheryl mainly talked about her solo career but she also had a few choice words for Lily Allen. Cheryl is Unforgiving, she has opened up about why she still bears a grudge against Lily Allen:
Cheryl said: “She called my husband “horrendous.” Then she called Nicola “ugly.” For another female artist to call you ugly is so awful.
“Nicola’s been called ‘ginger’ all her life, then she makes something of herself and everyone calls her the “ugly one.”
“I feel very protective of her and if that means I’m going to call Lily ‘whatever’, then I don’t care.”

X Factor winner Alexandra Burke certainly does know how to please a crowd. She dazzled during a live performance at the switch on of the Manchester Christmas Lights on Thursday night in Manchester, England.
The Singer decided to wear one of her smallest dress from her wardrobe for the big switch on the city Centre. Despite plunging temperatures the singer braved the chill in the revealing outfit, wearing sparkly and very tiny little black dress which showed off her incredibly long legs. Her sparkly dress was so tiny that she struggled to cover her underwear as fans in the front row discovered during the set.
During the event she also denied rumors that she was planning to on a date with Peter Andre, insisting they both are just ‘good friends’
Speaking to Manchester’s Key 103 radio DJs Mike Toolan and Chelsea Norris, Alexandra said: "Don’t believe what you read. When I got the call about that today I was half asleep and I was like whoah is this a dream, but yeah really don’t believe what you read. No I’m not going out with Andre, we’re just good friends."
She also revealed her New Year’s resolution which is to conquer America, saying: "I’m going to work my bum off to do it this year.’ She praised former X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole and said that she should also definitely have a crack at America too. Alexandra praised her telling she’s done amazingly well, her album is to die for and have you seen her pictures? That woman is so hot, it’s a bit of a joke. I’m a bit jealous"

Ohh Look at hair, not groomed and still wet, is she the face of L’Oreal hair products.
Cheryl Cole really got lovely and healthy hairs and impeccably groomed. She is also the face of L’Oreal hair products.
But this time, she was seen in different avatar. The singer, who is releasing solo single Fight For This Love, is rumored to spend around £40,000 a year on hair and make-up styling and good blow drys. She Steps out with matted locks, may be need to dry her hair properly and need to get better shampoo.
Adverts featuring the Girls Aloud singer, for which she is rumored to have been paid £500,000, ask ‘Have you lost your hair mojo?’
And it seems Cheryl’s answer should be ‘yes’.

The Girls Aloud beauty Cheryl Cole says she will never feel confident enough to have her brunette locks chopped short because a botched teenage hairstyle left her with a “moon head”.
She explained to Britain’s More magazine: “This is my safety blanket – it makes me feel secure. You feel glamorous when it’s long and the bigger the better for me, I’m quite obsessed with that! I had it short when Girls Aloud first started and at the time I was almost two stone overweight. I cut my hair short – bad move. Now the image I have in my mind is of a moon head with short hair, so I kind of don’t dare.
“I genuinely feel like my hair is the most important thing. If you’re having a bad face day or a bad make-up day, as long as your hair feels fab then you feel alright. But if you’re having a bad hair day, then you feel aware of it – if it’s kinky, or if it’s dry.”
The 26-year-old beauty was recently signed up as the face of the new L’Oreal Elvive haircare range.
Despite loving her glamorous locks and enjoying the filming the range’s advert, Cheryl says she can’t bring herself to watch it on TV.
She explained: “I’ve had a private screening. There was a round of applause when I said, ‘Because you’re worth it.’ It was really exciting, but I couldn’t watch it back. I can’t watch myself.”

Being a Celebrity is pain in the ass. Here Cheryl Cole becomes a victim of add fashion faux pas.
The X Factor judge was forced to rearrange her bright yellow minidress after her underwear appeared to ride uncomfortably high in public while on her way to the studios in Beverly Hills yesterday.
Cheryl, who is taking a break from X Factor auditions to work on her solo album in the US, has been sporting an array of bright outfits for the warm Los Angeles weather.
The super-short yellow sundress was teamed with a thin gold belt, towering Christian Louboutin heels and slouchy tan leather bag.
A day before yesterday she was spotted on her way to the studio in a stylish stunning orange tiered shift dress.
The star had completed her look with color co-ordinated vertiginous heels, leopard print bag and sunglasses.
Cheryl is working with Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am on a number of tracks for her debut record, which is expected to be released in October.
Will.i.am, who collaborated with Cheryl on hit single Heartbreaker, says: ‘We started off with a really mega tune and now the bar is set high.’ She is all set to work on a solo album. Not sure what would be the outcome of her solo performance, till now the Girls Aloud singer has been best in group performances.
She was stopped in down in casuals wearing jeans and a green t-shirt earlier in the week on Wednesday. Whatever Cheryl wears, she looks stunning all always.

Cheryl Cole celebrated her 26th Birthday at Vanilla private club in London. The Girls Aloud singer ensured that she was center of attration. She looked in very happy and jovial mood, giggling with her hubby Ashley Cole

Instead of her usual Rapunzel like hair extensions, Cheryl pulled her hair back into a tight bun and had a long poker-straight ponytail hanging down over her exposed chest.
But by the end of the night, it was Joan who was causing the biggest stir among the assembled paparazzi as her desperation to keep up with the young ones became all too obvious.
Keen to show her still-petite figure in a sweatshirt grey bandeau dress, the 49-year-old unwisely decided to step out without any underwear. If she were worried about VPL - visible panty line - surely a thong would have provided adequate cover.
However, it appears she has unwisely followed the trend often adopted by younger celebrities for dispensing with underwear altogether.
After enjoying a meal with Ashley and Joan Callaghan at the Mayfair Hotel, the trio got a taxi to the Fitzrovia club for Cheryl’s big bash.
As she was helped out of the taxi by Ashley Cole, 28, Cheryl gave onlookers as flash of her rose and thorns tattoo around her right thigh as she climbed out of the car.
She had clearly gone to some trouble to get ready for her big night out.
