President Barack Obama has won the coveted Nobel Peace prize has stunned the noble observers, many observers were shocked by the unexpected choice so early in the Obama presidency, which began less than two weeks before the Feb. 1 nomination deadline and has yet to yield concrete achievements in peacemaking.
Obama said he was surprised and deeply humbled by the honor, and planned to travel to Oslo to accept the prize.
"I do not feel that I deserve to be in the company of so many transformative figures that have been honored by this prize," he said. "I will accept this award as a call to action, a call for all nations to confront the challenges of the 21st century."
"Only very rarely has a person to the same extent as Obama captured the world’s attention and given its people hope for a better future," the Norwegian committee said as the prize was announced.
"His diplomacy is founded in the concept that those who are to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes that are shared by the majority of the world’s population."
But does Obama really deserve the coveted Award??

Under Barack Obama+ olympics

President Obama’s personal plea could not help 2016 Olympics’ bid in favor of Chicago, his home town. The failure to win the bid for Chicago’s Olympic was like a slap in the face for the President. He tried all his might used all his personal influence but yet could not succeed. He even hoped his last minute decision to fly to Denmark, where the vote was held, would close the deal.

In the war of Presidents, Mr. Obama looses. After an inspirational speech from Brazilian president Lula Inacio de Silva the organizers where in full confidence and in favor of him. These States were running in race for the bid Chicago, Brazil, Tokyo & Spain. Finally IOC President Jacques Rogge names Rio de Janeiro as the choice for the 2016 summer games
The most powerful man on this world could not influence his decision. Shocked U.S. supporters were left in tears after cancelling a planned celebration party at a Copenhagen hotel.
In the first ever in-person appeal by an American president, he promised the U.S. and Chicago would ‘make the world proud’.
President Obama also attended an informal reception to try to charm International Olympic Committee members and met Danish dignitaries during the whirlwind trip.
But it was all to no avail. Mr. Obama, however, at least avoided hearing the bad news in person because he was flying back to the U.S. as IOC president Jacques Rogge announced Chicago’s early elimination.
In Washington the setback was seen as a major embarrassment for the President.
He has seen his approval ratings tumble after coming under fire for his planned healthcare reforms, massive public spending and worsening violence in Afghanistan.
Senior adviser David Axelrod said: ‘Obviously it was disappointing. It didn’t work out but it was worth the effort. I don’t view this as a repudiation of the President.’
Mr. Obama should not treat this as his personal humiliation he should understand that South America is the only continent that has never hosted the Games – which means that it was the only option of the four currently on the table that gives IOC chiefs the chance to make history and I hope it deserve to host the games. Rio gets rewarded to what it was suppose to be. It has got a wonderful seating arrangement and got very strong culture to showcase.
Mr. Obama better luck next time…Cheers

President Obama thinks Kayne West is a ‘JACKASS!’
Last night, ABC news anchorman Terry Moran turned to his Twitter to report an off-the-record comment made by Barack Obama.
During an interview on Monday evening, the President was asked during a break what he thought of the Kayne West/Taylor Swift drama. Moran immediatley tweeted his reponse:
“Pres Obama just called Kayne West a ‘Jackass’ for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT’s presidential.”
Moran was clearly in trouble after that one! An ABC spokeman issued the following statement: “In the process of reporting on remarks by President Obama that were made during a CNBC interview, ABC News employees prematurely tweeted a portion of those remarks that turned out to be from an off-the-record portion. This was done before our editorial process had been complete. That was wrong. We apologize to the White House and CNBC and are taking steps to ensure that it doesn’t happen again.”
Well….they didn’t deny he said it! Besides, if Obama did say that, he was correct! Kanye is a JACKASS! Should Moran have gone straight to Twitter with that? Probably not! But…damn…the public wants to know what Obama is really saying off-the-record! We deserve to know!

Under Barack Obama+ Mariah Carey
Mariah Carey singing at the Neighborhood Inaugural Ball (1/20)
Mariah Carey was shocked after being treated like a common celebrity at the Neighborhood Ball Tuesday night in Washington, and not the ultra-super-duper-important celebrity she actually is. Organizers even had the gall to seat Carey in the VIP section with such low-rent celebs as Jon Bon Jovi, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, and Bruce Springsteen. Ugh, the nerve! From the
New York Post:
Some divas cling to their high-maintenance ways even at moments of historic national import. Mariah Carey, who performed at the Neighborhood Ball for President and Michelle Obama, was "furious" when she found out where she'd be seated for the inauguration. A spy said, "Mariah was in the VIP area, where every celebrity, like Jon Bon Jovi, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and Bruce Springsteen, was seated. But somehow she thought she'd be up with the Obama family. When she realized she wasn't, she bailed." (Source)
Instead of Mariah, Barack's mother-in-law Marian sat at the table. Which is a bunch of bullshit of course. How many times has that bitch sold out Madison Square Garden? How many gold records does she have? NONE.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag out and about in L.A. (1/17)
Uh oh, bad sign for President Obama. He has Heidi and Spencer's support. That cannot be a good thing. Pretty much the only worse thing that could happen to him today would be a bird shitting on him in the middle of his inauguration speech.

Under Barack Obama+ Lindsay Lohan+ african+ black+ colored+ obama
In an interview with Access Hollywood’s Maria Menounos, Lindsay Lohan says the election of Barack Obama was “an amazing feeling — it’s our first, ya’ know, colored president.” Yeah, she actually called a black guy in 2008 “colored.” Lindsay, we don’t use that term anymore. Oh, and “colored” people, as you so eloquently put it, are allowed to eat at lunch counters nowadays. Shoot me an email (celebslam@gmail.com) if you need anything else cleared up (like who’s now allowed to ride in the front of the bus — the news may shock you).
