I saw this very same scene in an adult movie a few days ago. There was one drunk girl in a bikini and a bunch of guys. I don’t need to tell you what the end result was but it sure wasn’t pretty.

The Sun reports that Courteney Cox showed strong support for Jennifer Aniston in an awkward face-to-face encounter with Brad Pitt on Wednesday. Courteney was at the swanky Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles when Jen"s ex-hubby came into the hotel with pals. He confidently walked over and offered to buy her a drink but Courteney just offered a cold shoulder and a polite: "Thanks, but no thanks." An onlooker said:

"Brad really got the brush-off. Courteney saw him making his way across the room and swivelled in her chair to face the opposite way. Brad stood right next to her and tried to strike up a conversation but she was having none of it. It was embarrassing for Brad. He had a few friends with him and she just made him look stupid. He tried to buy her a drink but she politely told the barman she didn’t want one. Brad walked away with his tail between his legs and a look of bemusement on his face."

The force is strong within Team Aniston.

French president Jecques Chirac is facing a political backlash after reports he tried to alter the casting of The Da Vinci Code, promoting family friends for the lead roles. French actress Sophie Marceau, who starred in The World Is Not Enough, was allegedly touted by the French head of state to star as young cryptologist Sophie Neveu - the role ultimately won by the stunning Amelie actress Audrey Tautou, accordind to The Times. Marceau, who is a close friend of Chirac"s daughter Claude, was a supporter of Chirac during his 2002 presidential campaign. The casting scandal was leaked by the film"s director Ron Howard, who also revealed Chirac demanded higher pay for actor Jean Reno, who plays detective Bezu Fache in the movie. In return, the veteran politician offered to facilitate filming in Paris" historic Louvre museum. Howard says of the President"s request, "That was hilarious. Fortunately, the deal was already closed." A spokesman for Chirac denied the allegations, but admitted that a meeting between Howard and the film"s producer Brian Grazer had taken place.

I don’t normally do back to back posts of the same person but when I came across these pics of a pregnant Gerri Halliwell with Victoria Beckham, the thought of a Spice Girls reunion got be very excited. I loved the “Say You’ll Be There” video with Posh in that tight latex suit showing off her camel toe. Unfortunately, a Spice Girls reunion wouldn’t have the same effect on me as when I was younger because other than Posh, the rest are pretty much useless now.

Having Victoria Beckham judge a talent competition is like having Simon Cowell be your barber. It’s just a bad choice. Victoria is great at one thing and that’s looking like a tramp. Unfortunately, there’s no contests for that. However, it would be a great idea for a hit reality show.
