Michael Lohan blasts Samantha Ronson
In an interview with E!, Lindsay Lohan’s dad Michael went off on her girlfriend Samantha Ronson, saying she’s using her. He claims the only reason Ronson has gotten so close to his daughter is so she can write a tell-all and make a ton of money . . . though I’m not exactly sure what she could reveal that would surprise anybody. I mean we are talking about the chick who got multiple DUIs last year while coked out of her mind. Anyways, Michael said:
“I’ve shut up about this long enough,” Michael said. “She’s using my daughter. People never even knew who Samantha Ronson was until she met Lindsay. She was just some L.A. DJ. And now she’s writing a book? I am at wit’s end with this stuff. This is not in Lindsay’s best interest. I think I’ve finally pegged down where Matthew McConaughey gets his free-spirited attitude from. Definitely his mom. To generate some publicity for her new book I Amaze Myself!, she told Us Weekly about the strange circumstances surrounding her husband Jim’s death:

DMX cusses at judge
DMX and his lawyer appeared at a bond hearing in a Miami courtroom yesterday. After the judge denied his request for bond, DMX naturally cussed at him. Naturally. From CBS4 in Miami:
“Oh that just ingratiated you to me. I’ve never heard the “f’ word before so it’s okay,” was the response from Judge Schwartz.
DMX, 37, was arrested and jailed in Miami on August 14th on a warrant for failing to appear in an Arizona court on drug charges. He was taken into custody outside a Wal-Mart store in North Miami Beach. He faces four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of marijuana. (Source)
The most shocking thing about this story: that DMX was arrested outside a Wal-Mart. No self-respecting rapper would be caught dead outside one of those stores . . . especially since they’re usually caught dead outside casinos in Vegas. Perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised that DMX shops at the “Always Low Prices, Always” store. The guy can’t pay his bills.
NOTE: Things are actually looking up for DMX. Just one more stamp on his frequent arrest card and his next bond is free!
